With our intensive Medik8 peels, we can address various skin issues. But it's not just that – for a skin improvement boost, we gladly employ our course of Medik8 peels.
During our initial appointment, we conduct a comprehensive intake, perform a patch test, take photographs, and recommend the skincare kit needed to prepare your skin for the peels. Two weeks prior to the course, it is mandatory to begin the CSA protocol. CSA stands for Vitamin C, sunscreen, and Vitamin A. Pre- and post-treatment care for the skin is crucial when undergoing a peel course.
We commence with the Rewind, Even, or Clarity peel, depending entirely on your skin type and objectives.
All subsequent peels can be layered, a technique unique to Medik8 (unlike any other brand). Layering involves, for instance, working on wrinkles in the base peel, then addressing pigmentation in the next layer. This creates a personalized peel tailored to you for optimal results. During layering, we utilize high concentrations of mandelic acid, lactic acid, and glycolic acid. For the most effective outcome, we recommend a course of 6 treatments, spaced 10 to 14 days apart. Throughout the course, proper sun protection for the skin is vital. Undergoing a peel just before a sun vacation is discouraged.

All the peels we employ feature time-release technology. This gradually releases the peels into the skin, making them more tolerable and allowing them to remain on the skin for up to 10 minutes. This yields exceptional results with minimal downtime. Depending on your skin type, you might experience some peeling as well.

At least two weeks prior to the peel, start using the Essential CSA kit or the CSA kit retinol edition. Your skin needs proper preparation with Medik8's Vitamin C and A. Immediately after the first treatment, it's essential to care for the skin using Medik8's Post-treatment kit. This kit is specifically designed to aid skin recovery after an intensive treatment. The first treatment includes aftercare. If you wish to enjoy the benefits of a peel without committing to a full course, we also offer the option of the Glow Peel.
