What do you need to know before making an appointment?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. You can change or cancel the appointment up to 24 hours in advance, if you are unable to attend and do not cancel your appointment within that time, we are forced to charge 50% of the treatment costs. If you want to cancel a package or treatment for more than two people, we ask you to do this 72 hours in advance.
